The bar graph depicts that employer support is very high when people are above 26 years. Employer support is maximum (approximately 60%) for the under 26 year students. More than 60% students under 26 years old get support from their employers for their education and this supports includes the time off and monetary support. This percentage reduces with the increase of age and at 30-39 age groups, 32% get the support from the employers. Overall, the employees less than 30 years of age and over 49 years of age get more support from their employers than other age groups.
